Return Policy

What items are returnable?

• Unopened bottles may be returned for a full refund (minus what we spent on shipping) within 15 days of the date of receipt.
• Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been used, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. All items must be in their original condition and sealed.
• Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. Merchandise purchased from other retailers or websites must be returned to the respective retailer.

What items are non-refundable?

• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value

Completing your return.

1. Email midwifemadenaturals@gmail.com with your order number, return request and reason for return.
2. Drop the package at your local USPS.
3. When we receive the package, we will complete your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time the return is received for your account to be credited.

You may return the merchandise using a different shipping method of your choice.
